Orders
Add pieces to your bag, proceed to checkout, and complete payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is placed.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can adjust or cancel orders that have not yet entered fulfillment.
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Virelisse. You can also review orders in My Account when signed in.
Shipping
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days. Transit times vary by destination and method selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and method. Qualifying orders may receive complimentary shipping.
When your order ships, we email a tracking link. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and billing email.
Returns
Most unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached. See the Returns Policy for details.
Contact customer service with your order number. We will share return instructions and a label when eligible.
Refunds are issued after we inspect the return, typically within 5–10 business days, back to the original payment method.
Sizing
Use our Size Guide for bust, waist, hip, and length measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for ease.
Fit notes appear on each product page. Our dresses are designed with a considered ease — neither oversized nor restrictive.
Payments
Accepted methods are shown at checkout and may include major cards and additional gateways enabled for your region.
Yes. Payments are processed through secure gateways. Virelisse does not store full card details on our servers.
Products
Care instructions are listed on each product page and on the garment label. When in doubt, prefer gentle cleaning methods.
Some styles return in limited drops. Follow the newsletter or product page for availability updates.
Account
Guest checkout is available when enabled. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and manage details more easily.
